When are the boxes launching?

The Little Dreamer box, for newborn to 3 months, is available already!

The Little Giggler box, for babies age 3 to 6 months, will begin shipping in June 204.

We're excited to share that the journey doesn't stop there; our team is hard at work on boxes to delight your little one up to their third birthday.

How does the Subscribe & Save option work?

When you choose the Subscribe & Save option, it’s all about convenience and tailored fun! Every three months from the day of your purchase, a new Play Box arrives at your door. Each box is carefully curated to match your child’s developmental stage, ensuring they receive the perfect playthings at the right time. Plus, you save $15 on each box compared to the standard price. If your needs change, you can cancel anytime directly in your account. It’s hassle-free and flexible!

How does the "Prepay & Save More" option work?

With “Prepay & Save More,” enjoy a fun, new box of age-appropriate toys delivered every 3 months for a year. Not only do you keep the excitement alive all year long, but you also save $25 per box with this upfront payment plan. It’s a fantastic way to secure a year full of growth and joy for less!

Are the Play Box only good for the months indicated on the box?

Absolutely not! While each Play Box is thoughtfully curated for specific developmental stages, the fun doesn't stop there. Our toys are designed to grow with your child, offering new ways to play and learn for months beyond the indicated age. Plus, don’t forget to download the Little Bloomer app for a treasure trove of play ideas that evolve with your little one, ensuring endless enjoyment and discovery!

Visit our Gift Page, where you’ll find a form to fill out with the recipient’s name and email address. Then, choose the number of boxes you wish to gift—select from 1, 2, or 4 boxes, with 4 boxes offering a full year of engaging play.

When will the recipient receive their box?

The timing is all up to the recipient! Once they receive the email to redeem their gift, they can choose exactly when they’d like their box delivered. This way, they get their Little Bloomer Box at the moment that’s perfect for them. It’s as convenient as it is delightful!

Will the gift recipient get access to the Little Bloomer app?

Absolutely! Our Little Bloomer app is free for everyone to download. Once the recipient redeems their gift, they can easily access the app to enhance their experience with additional fun and learning opportunities. It’s all part of the joy and convenience of Little Bloomer!

Shipping

How much is shipping?

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to customers within the United States and Canada. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note that the processing time for orders is in addition to this shipping period.

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at team@littlebloomer.com. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or processing a refund.

Returns

Can I return or exchange a box?

At Little Bloomer, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our subscription boxes. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected, so we have outlined our return policy below.

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your subscription box to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, all toys must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. This ensures the safety and hygiene of our products for all our customers.

Upon a successful return, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.

How do I return a box?

To start a return, please contact our team at team@littlebloomer.com. We will guide you through the process and provide any necessary assistance.

There are 2 options to return our boxes:

  • Self-Return: You may return the box using your own method.
  • Prepaid Return Label: We also offer a prepaid return label for your convenience. If you choose to use our label, a fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.

Our team will inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our return conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny a refund if a product does not meet these criteria.
